CONTRAINDICATIONS

Brow Tattooing
Not suitable for the following:
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must not be Pregnant
- Haemophilia or a Heart Condition

Keloid Scarring
- Botox must be done 2 weeks prior to your appointment or 2 weeks after
- Chemotherapy
- Diabetics (contact us for further information)
- Blood-thinning Medication (antibiotics, aspirin, paracetamol, or supplements)
- Accutane/Retin-A (must wait 6-12 months before having the procedure)
- Retinol and Vitamin A must be stopped 7 days prior
- Eczema, Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris and Dermatitis (contact us for further information)
- Chronic
Acne and Rosacea.
- Sunburn
- Recent Waxing
(three-day waiting period)
- Chemical Peel (two-week waiting period)
If you are breastfeeding, you need to be able to pump and dump two feeds straight after the treatment due to anaesthetics in the milk.

Waxing
Not suitable for the following:
- Retinol Usage (Roaccutane) these medications cause extreme thinning of the outer layer of skin - making the risk of skin lifting far too high to service
- Chemical Peels, AHA/BHA's
These processes use acids to exfoliate the skin, making the top layer thin and sensitive. The risk of skin lifting is significantly higher if you use these products regularly.
If using Retinol (topical), Vitamin A supplements or chemical peels please ensure to cease usage for at least 1 week prior to your waxing appointment.

Brow Lamination
Not suitable for the following:
- Psoriasis/Eczema
- Recent Eye Surgery
- Alopecia
- Recent Brow Tattooing
(must be healed by 6 weeks)
- Sunburn
- Ultra-Sensitive Skin
- Blood Thinners
- Pink Eye
- Scar Tissue
in the treatment area.

Not suitable for the following:
- Wounds, Cuts, Abrasions, Piercings

- Photosensitising (make you sensitive to sunlight) Medications
- Cosmetic Tattooing or Face Tattoos
- Pregnant/Breastfeeding
(Specific Peels are permitted)
- Active bacterial, viral or fungal infection such as active Herpes Simplex
- Viral Warts
- Oral Isotretinoin (Roaccutane)
in the last 6 to 12 months
- Tretinoin (e.g. Retin A)
less than 72 hours prior
- Keloidal Scarring
- Auto-immune
disease
- Cancer, Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy in the last 12 months unless approved by patients physician.
