BOOKING POLICY

Trading Hours
I am a devoted mother to 2 beautiful girls and a wifey, so i am currently working 3 days a week, however if you require a day or time outside of the one below please contact me and i will arrange to book it in, after hours is available also.

My standard trading hours are as follows
Monday: 10am - 4:45PM
Tuesday: 10am - 4:45PM
Thursday: 10am - 4:45PM

Arriving to your Appointment
To be able to offer our clients our full attention and provide the full amount of time allocated to each service, we ask you kindly to arrive on time to your appointment.
If possible we ask if you can arrive 5-10 min prior if there is anything that needs to clarified
Clients who arrive more than 15 min late to their appointment may not be able to have their full service or part of their treatment completed.
Clients who are running more than 30 minutes late, their appointment will be cancelled and a fee of $50 will incur to cover loss of time.
We appreciate if you can kindly understand.

Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of 50% must be made to secure your appointment
- All deposits are deducted from your treatment price
- Deposits are non-refundable & can only be transferred to another date
- 48 hour cancellation policy
- Failure to notify of any cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, or not show up to your appointment, a fee of $50 will incur to cover loss of time
- Strictly no refund policy - a lot of time & effort goes into ensuring your brows are perfectly mapped out which can take 30min - 1hr. The tattoo process itself takes 1.5-2 hours
- Please ensure you respond to our confirmation SMS to confirm your appointment. Failure to respond to our SMS means no appointment on our end & your appointment will be cancelled and passed onto someone else
- Please arrive 5-10 min prior to your appointment, as you will be required to fill out some forms
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur & you may not be able to attend your appointment.  However our time is valuable as much as yours and it is only fair for you to notify us if you are cancelling so we are able to book in another client. We appreciate if you can kindly understand.

Cancellations
We understand that emergencies can happen.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask if you can notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48-72 hours prior to your appointment.
We ask you to be considerate when cancelling an appointment last minute or not showing up.
There are others we would like to accommodate for and that would want to have a treatmentCancellations made less than 24 hours of their appointment will unfortunately lose their deposit fee to cover the small amount of loss time

Right To Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment for any reason.
